Our Breeds

Miniature Dachshund

There’s never a case of mistaken identity with a Dachshund. That long, low body, short legs and alert expression are unique to the breed. Your Dachshund puppy has hunting in his genes: he’s lively, spunky and determined. His intelligence and and friendliness make him a great companion who’s always ready for fun. Although you may be initially attracted by his looks, the Dachshund will win your heart with his playfulness and upbeat personality.

Although the breed is famous as the beloved pets of King Charles II, you don’t have to be royalty to have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel: he’ll love you no matter who you are, an active outdoor type or the remote-control king. The breed is irresistible, a tiny bundle of happiness with large sparkling eyes, who’s as happy on brisk walk or with some play time as he is on your lap. He’s easily trained, good with kids, gentle and loving. He thrives on time with his family, crown and title not required.

Pekingese

There’s a lot of confidence packed into the compact frame of a Pekingese. For centuries, the breed was the companion of Chinese royalty and they are a bit regal themselves, known for their independence, intelligence and self-esteem. Your Pekingese puppy can be a charming and amusing family member, who will be happier with adults or older children. He doesn’t need a lot of exercise, but will enjoy a walk and some indoor playtime. He’s an alert and loyal companion who forms close bonds to his human.

Forget any idea you’ve had that the Poodle is a pampered empty-headed lap dog. Originally bred as a water retriever, the Poodle is extremely smart and very active. The combination of brains and beauty made them favorites of European royalty. While Standard Poodles are the best athletes, Miniature and Toy Poodles are also enthusiastic and energetic. Poodle puppies are eager to please and easily trained. They’ll thrive on the challenge of learning new tricks or participating in dog sports. The non-allergenic coat is a big plus, too, for people suffering from allergies.

Toy Poodle

Cavapoo

This adorable mix between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle is also sometimes called a “Cavoodle.” These little pups thrive on human companionship. Cavapoos are friendly, energetic, and intelligent, and come in variety of colors. Most often, these dogs have a soft, Poodle-like coat, but some have the Cavalier’s longer, silkier coat. Cavapoos make great companions, get along well with everyone (people and pets alike), and are happy living in any size home.

Yes we have shipping available for an additional cost. We partner with a few different trusted transportation companies, as well as air transportation. Due to new laws, all snub nose breeds are allowed to travel via ground transport only. This includes Pekingese.

Our purebred puppies are all priced with limited registration, meaning that they are not to be bred. They still are able to participate in select AKC events if you choose to do so.

We do offer full registration at an additional cost of $200. We reserve the right to not sell a puppy with full registration if we think that the puppy is not suited for breeding. We can give our opinion on whether a puppy may or may not be of breeding quality but we can not guarantee it.

Once you reserve a puppy, we want you to be able to see your loyal companion grow. We will provide you with new photos every two weeks. The photos for our puppies that are still available on our website are updated frequently as well!

Once your puppy reaches 9 weeks of age, we allow them to join you in your home. The only exception is if your puppy does not yet weigh two pounds. If this does happen, we will continue caring for the puppy until he/she reaches two pounds or twelve weeks of age. All Toy Poodles are kept until 12 weeks of age for the safety of the puppy as they are very tiny and fragile.

Puppy Playland will not at anytime guarantee your puppy will grow to a specific size as an adult, stay a specific color or have a particular hair coat. We will give you information to the best of our knowledge, based on the parents!

Puppy Playland offers a 1 year health guarantee against life threatening congenital disorders that appear within the first year of the puppys life. This will not include anything that was disclosed and approved by you prior to your puppy’s pickup. A vet check must be done and a vet report must be provided to Puppy Playland.
